Beta Notice: Laseebo is currently in beta. Features, policies, and credit values may change as the platform evolves. All credits issued during the beta period are provided free of charge to registered users.
By accessing or using Laseebo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Laseebo is operated by Laseebo Inc., based in Canada.
Laseebo is currently in beta. This means the Platform is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build together. By using the beta, you acknowledge that some functionality may be incomplete or subject to change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Laseebo. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Laseebo is an inclusive space — we welcome users of all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, and identities.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Your alias (username) is permanent once set. You may set a display name that can be changed at any time.
During the beta period, Laseebo issues virtual credits to registered users free of charge. These credits allow you to participate in platform activities including purchasing event tickets and accessing premium features. Credits are not legal tender, have no guaranteed monetary value outside the Platform, and may be subject to change as we develop our financial infrastructure. We are committed to compliance with all applicable Canadian laws, including FINTRAC regulations, as we build our credits ecosystem.
First 100 Registered Users: The first 100 users who register on Laseebo receive 1,000 complimentary credits and an Elite membership (valid for one year) as a founder bonus. These are offered freely as part of our beta launch and carry no obligation.
Elite membership grants access to hosting features, including the ability to create and host paid events. During the beta period, Elite membership is provided free of charge to qualifying users. Future pricing will be communicated with advance notice.
You agree not to use Laseebo to:
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
You retain ownership of content you post on Laseebo. By posting content, you grant Laseebo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Laseebo does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laseebo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Laseebo in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
