• Service providers who help operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery)

• Other users, to the extent that you make information public on the Platform

6. Credits and Financial Data

If you purchase credits, we retain transaction records as required by Canadian financial regulations. We use tamper-proof vault technology to ensure the integrity of all credit transactions. FINTRAC-reportable transactions will be reported as legally required. We are committed to full compliance with Canadian anti-money-laundering regulations.
